I
f any dispute arises in connection with this agreement, the parties will attempt to settle it by mediation in accordance with the Rules of Mediation of the International Centre for Arbitration & Mediation in Kampala (Mediation) Rules 2018. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the Mediator will be nominated by the Centre.
